NEW LOCATION!

We have officially broken ground on our new retail facility, an expansion for Harpley's!  Expecting to open by Fall of 2025!  We will update you with photos and more information soon! 

Our state of the art processing facility is maintained at the highest level of cleanliness in order to ensure the top quality of product we produce.  The window lined hallway offers transparency and allows customers to have a front row show to watching our talented butchers perform their craft. 

We are dedicated to having quality control processes in place that ensure that not only does the building LOOK clean, but that it IS clean!  This is our top priority.
